This might look like an exaggeration at first it's not ! This is certainly a nice place with comfortable and clean rooms, central location, nice breakfast with blinis :) but the best thing was it's staff. Ever smiling and greeting you always ready to help and it all looked so genuine. I missed my train back to Moscow and with nowhere else to go, I had to come back to the hotel(after checking out). It was around 1-1.30 am and the receptionist Nataliya was very helpful, took us back in and also suggested various flight options, with my credit card not working in Russia, she went out of her way to help me get the flight booked.
