33 reviews*Minus* The double bed mattress should be replaced. The manager knew about it and had already informed the owner. The quality of the TV image is very moderate and there is no English language channel. Due to renovation work on two adjacent buildings, the surrounding area looks unattractive and sometimes, there is noise. The renovation would be completed by the end of 2017 and the environment would be attractive again!! *plus* A quiet rear room with view of tall trees and sometimes birds and small animals. The small accommodation in a historic building gave a good feeling and the service of the manager, daughter-in-law of owner, was very useful. The walking distance to a supermarket and some shops is about 5 minutes and to the seaside about 8 minutes. The very busy pebble beach with all kinds of sunscreen buildings and umbrellas was totally unattractive. (to us) Sochi is worth a visit.

Near the hotel, within walking distance, there is the Arboretum, the Circus, the Winter Theater, the main embankment of the city, as well as many restaurants, cafes, discos, a grocery supermarket, the Magnolia shopping center, a fitness center and much more. Sochi's main transport street, Kurortny Prospekt, is located 50 meters from the hotel. Nearby are public transport stops, from where you can easily get to all the attractions of the resort.
