The establishment is fantastic and the family that owns it is very kind. They made us feel at home in a way that I have never seen at a hotel. One of the owners speaks a fair amount of English, which for us is a nice plus. If I come back to Sochi, this will be the first place that I try to get reservations at. A+++.

What was good
It is near beaches, river side walking path, and for me walking distance {about 1 hour} to olympic park with a lot of restaurants and cafes around.
The communication was open and good. We were welcomed nicely, and sent off nicely.
What was bad
I expected warmer heated pool but I felt cold after 20 minutes on my first day, in the afternoon. The next day there was wind but the water was warmer so I enjoyed it more. Still it was too small to have swim, more suit
