The customer service is very good. I don't speak Russian, but they tried their best to help me. There is a laundry service and it is timely. There are buses 40 and 60 here to reach the city center, about 40 minutes.
What was bad
There are still improvements in the hotel facilities, such as loose sockets. I reported the situation to the waiter. The customer service said it would be resolved the next day, but the fact is that it is not.
