What was good

Good location. Good view for the port and the sea. And the host Tatyana is very kind and helpful.

What was bad

Bad communication on WhatsApp. When I ask the young manager Katrin for help at WhatsApp, she seems not willing to help, sometimes not replying at all. She's also reluctant to provide solutions when we had problems or requirements.
