Wi-fi was fast and convenient. Overall cleanliness was good. Staff was a few young girls,they were friendly. I wish they spoke English better but no one speaks English in St.Petersburg for some reason. The location was extremely convenient and walking distance to all main city attractions.
What was bad
Considering the unbeatable price and the location combination, I can't really complain about anything but you mustn't forget that it's a capsule style accommoda

They let me check in at 7am, which was necessary for me and nice of them.
Location is easily accessible, enter the building from Vosstaniya Square side, same door where the Post Office is, then follow the signs to Barch hotel on the 3rd floor.
No complains about my capsule bad. Shower was available when I needed it
