The flat is made according to an exclusive design project, suitable for both recreation and for living for any period. There is a built-in ventilation system. The ceilings are 3 meters high, thick brick walls. Multi-zone synchronous RGB lighting is installed throughout the apartment. There are moon swings and role-playing elements in the bedroom.

The flat has a 2.2 m hydromassage bath (jacuzzi) with air massage, hydromassage, Shiatsu massage and chromotherapy for 3-4 persons, a king-size podium bed 2.2x2.2 m with a 7-zone orthopedic mattress, the bed has a view of the city, bamboo blankets, pillows - down and bamboo, bed linen is provided. The apartment has upholstered furniture made of genuine leather, vinyl flooring, oak veneer surfaces. Two types of swings, like much more, in the apartment are made to order. On the loggia with heated floors, temperature control and a panoramic view of the city, there is a tuned Luvenhuk 950pro telescope, with which you can study the city, the starry sky, craters on the moon.

A 3-band Magnat tower Hi-fi class acoustic system with a Yamaha amplifier for listening to music is installed. There is a 65-inch 4K Smart TV, Kinopoisk and Ivi are paid for, there is a Sega console, PlayStation 5 with a Plus Ultimate subscription with 2 gamepads and pre-installed games can be rented for an additional fee, and for 5 days or more it is provided free of charge. By separate agreement with guests, it is possible to purchase and install games.

The flat has a refrigerator, kettle, microwave, hairdryer and coffee machine with natural coffee, glasses, cutlery and more. The bathroom has a shower with a tropical shower. Sets of white towels are provided and steamed waffle robes are included in the price.
