We are staying in the hotel for 5 days. You might be surprise from strange entrance and the hotel tiny lobby, but everything will be paid back with LOCATION, comfortable room and service. We are 3 adults stayed in room 6. administrators are very kind ,service staff are professional . Our room wason other side of the main street and it's better to stay away from outside street noise. Room has everything you might needed. The only problem , its shower cabin ,if you are very tall it might be a bit tiny, because I'm 176cm tall and it was just riht😅. But I am sure u can manage if u remember the LOCATION 🤗 and perfect service.We were coming back at any time of the day and room was clean and refreshed. Location is Superb! Done in same building you'll find lovely 2 cafes one has amazing ice cream" Chistaya Liniya" you must try it's pure Russian brand and its only open in 2 locations in whole Russia.The other one has nice coffe and sandwiches, pastries. In general for breakfast for 3 adults coffee +pastries will be 14$ You'll find many business lunches for 5 $ per head and for dinner u can get smth from Aushan supermarket that you can find across the road opposite the hotel. Thanks a lot for Hotel TVERSKAYA 5 we had an amazing experience

    The hotel staff are extremely rude. And they didn’t even accept me to stay there due to some foreign visa complications (allegedly) then another hotel took me within ten minutes of explaining my situation. My phone had died I asked them to let me charge even for it to turn on so I could call a Russian friend to explain it to them. They refused. I’d honestly hate to leave a terrible review as such.     When we got there they didn’t give us the room we booked. They gave us very bad room with no AC. And it was very hot. After 1 day they changed it. The bathroom smells very bad. And the room very small. Some staff had bad attitude.
