Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. Due to renovation work, the wellness center will be closed to the public from January 10 to January 20, 2025.
During the closing period of the wellness complex, hotel guests can use the wellness complex at the Swissotel Krasnye Holmy.
When staying in additional places, accommodation is provided without meals. Meals can be purchased in advance or at the hotel. Breakfast is more expensive when purchased upon check-in and after check-in.
Please note that breakfast for extra beds must be paid separately at the hotel.

Booked a luxury deluxe room, they upgraded us to suite 805, this room has to be the best hotel room, or any appartments in Moscow.
The room was on the highest level, and overlooked every Moscow attraction, the Kremlin, St Basils, Red Square, cathedral of Christ the saviour, 3 of Stalin sisters, and many more, what a great place to finish our holiday in Russia.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's just a short walk from the iconic Red Square, bustling shopping districts, vibrant restaurants, and cozy coffee shops. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. I can't wait to return to Moscow and stay here again.
What was bad
While my overall experience was positive, I did encounter some discomfort with the bed. I mentioned this to the receptionist during check-out.
