The guest house consists of 4 rooms of different categories: a suite with a terrace — a separate house with its own territory; a junior suite with a terrace — a separate house with an adjacent territory; an apartment with a balcony — located in a large house; an economy class room - a summer house.

The room has a two-room junior suite with a terrace and a kitchen. Many interior items correspond to the Soviet era. In the room: a refrigerator in working condition from the 70s-80s of the last century, a gaming machine, a library of books, a library of DVD movies, paintings, coinage. Furniture in the room: corner sofa bed, regular sofa bed, double bed. The house is located on the shore, the lake is just outside the gate.

A two—room suite with a terrace and a kitchen is a barnhouse-style house, designed in a design style with loft elements. It is located on its own fenced territory with lawn and plantings. There is a sauna on site. The lake is 120 m away. Two double beds and a sofa bed.

The apartments feature a balcony and a kitchen area in a modern style with individual heating and underfloor heating. The apartment has a double bed and an armchair bed.

The economy room is a summer detached house.

All room categories are fully self-contained, with the necessary amenities and accessories. The rooms have: independent heating, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, flat-screen TV, boiler, toilet, shower 130 cm x 130 cm, hairdryer, bed linen, towels, soap and toilet paper, dishes and kitchen utensils, ironing board, iron on request, washing machine, outdoor furniture, barbecue area. Some amenities may vary depending on the option. Some categories have a gazebo.

All rooms and houses are located at a small distance from each other.
