In the private house

On the first floor, there is a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, and a heated pool with lighting and hydromassage. For an additional fee, guests can enjoy a wood-fired Russian sauna and a Turkish hammam.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, electric kettle, water cooler, and a set of dishes.

Pool dimensions: length – 5.5 m, width – 3.5 m, depth – 1.5 m.

The first floor is equipped with heated floors.

On the second floor, there is a living room with an American billiards table and two sofas, a TV, two separate rooms with double beds, each with a shower and toilet, as well as another room with a sofa and a toilet.

On the property, there is a barbecue area with a gazebo, a grill, and a wood-fired cauldron, a secure parking area for up to 6 cars, and Wi-Fi.
