Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 21:00. Guests are required to make an advance payment of 30% of the total cost of the stay. The prepayment will be refunded if the booking is cancelled 14 days before arrival. Payment must be made within 48 hours after receipt of the prepayment notification.
