My wife and I stayed here 4 nights. We took the apartment and for 200 RON it was way more than I expected. Huge room with an even bigger bathroom. The interior design wasn't the greatest and there were a few more improvements that could have earned this hotel a 5 circles rating: there was no iron or ironing board anywhere in the room, the mini fridge was empty and wasn't working either (we cooled our drinks on top of the AC unit) and the outlets were deep in the wall making it impossible for us to use our adapters. But the service is excellent, the room was very clean, and parking is right in front of the hotel door. We felt like VIPs the entire stay. :-) this hotel is great for anyone visiting Tulcea and much better than City Hotel which was our first hotel stay in this city.
