We had our wedding reception at Hotel Neon and it was great: very good service, very good food and nice location. The rooms were basic, but clean. Close to the city center and Iulius Mall. All in all, we had a good experience at Hotel Neon. The only suggestion I have is a little more flexibility for the check-out for couples who celebrate their weddings there. Furthermore, darker courtains would be nicer because the rooms are very lighty.
