The place looks great, the people are very friendly and they have awesome customer service. You don't have to worry and pay every time you have a coffee, they just put all you eat/drink on the room invoice and you pay when you leave. The only thing they should improve is payment with card. We had a very nice time here. Another thing we liked is that it is very quite, far from the noise and fuss you find in the Ursu Lake area. I really recommend this place. PS. They accept pets.
