Nice place and friendly stuff. Close to the city in a very nice area . In the courtyard are two gazebos and barbecue area,playground for children and beautiful view. The rooms are clean  and spacious. I recommend it.

The position is excellent, within driving distance of all major tourist attractions. The rooms are very clean, cosy and affordable. The yard is not only beautiful, but it also includes parking spaces, a playground for kids and a barbecue place. But maybe the best part is getting to know the owners, who are just wonderful, generous and amazing people. If you want a taste of the specific food in this area, they will lovingly cook it for you. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

The room was clean and very quiet, the staff was nice to us and very informative. Unfortunately the bed was too hard to sleep on and the tv was broken. We stayed there just for a night so it was okay.  It's a cheap place if Ur on a limited budget.

My wife selected this pension to stay at during the Easter period (friday before Easter until monday after Easter) together with our 2 young kids

When we arrived the outside of the building didnt look at all like the pictures. It seemed they were fully redoing/renovating the 2nd floor. After a search on Google I found out they had a big fire on January 1st 2017 which destroyed the roof part of the 2nd floor. Possible reason for the fire: a short circuit/overheating of an electrical appliance. I am aware having a fire in your B&B is devastating, but it is now April and they havent fixed the building yet? 

Moving on.

We arrived in the evening and entered the main (white) door thinking to find the reception desk. Wrong. It had a different entrance on a lower level. This became more obvious as I had people entering our appartment-room at 22:30 on the ground floor by guests who probably thought it was the reception desk. Advise: Please put up signs at the main white door for people to be redirected to the reception desk.

When we arrived at the reception desk the rack rate for the appartment was 180 RON. We were quoted 220 Ron on the phone. Why the difference, we asked : "Because of Easter" was the answer. This is uncalled for. Either change the rack rate at the reception desk or allow us to pay the published rack rate. If the Consumer Authority would verify this commercial practice, they would get fined.

Our appartment was on the ground floor. Very spacious, with 2 bedrooms. Clean, modern and with a big terrace as well. Wifi internet was super fast,no problems with hot running water, beds were comfy. The garden in the back was also nice (but clean up the rubbish in the playing castle!) 

But there were some issues:

-no fridge in the room at all
- no where to hang your jackets close to the entrance door
- only 1 out of 10 led lights worked in the main room
-bathroom door made a terrible noise
-shower doors were unable to be closed (completely locked)
- one tiny garbage bin in the bathroom
- one tiny closet (mind you this appartment can hold easily 4 people ) so we had to keep the majority of clothes in our suitcases

Breakfast is served downstairs at 12 Ron and presented on a leaflet (4 options). What I got was OK (egg, 3 slices of bread, butter, white-ish cheese, tomato, cucumber) , not impressive and they could also decide to offer a bit more than 4 tiny slices of cucumber. Coffee was OK, but was served before breakfast was brought to the table. My advise would be to bring the coffee a bit later thus preventing it from becoming luke warm. During Easter morning I didnt go to the breakfast area thus not sure if they "organised" something special - as per extra Easter charge- , but I assume they didnt.

Overall the experience was below average and the pricing tactic really ticked me off (as I find it unfair to "invent" a rate on the phone while the published rate on the premises is much lower). I still have to check out and am wondering if they will issue a fiscal receipt and at what rate...

staff was very disoriented, first they didn't find our booking, then said it was on another person's name. then tried to trick us to additionally pay the breakfast which was already included in the price. then charged us additionally only for the coffee when we gave them a proof that the breakfast is included. there was no soap in the bathroom. the door of the shower cabin was broken and you couldn't close it without completely breaking it. no mosquito nets on the windows. very bad location - first line on a busy road - dusty and noisy. our room was at the first floor directly next to the entrance into the pension and the windows were looking directly into the main staircase so absolutely no privacy unless you pull the curtains and close the window at 29° (no air conditioner ofc).

The only positive part is the private free parking.
