Very unprofessional, absolutely zero customer orientation, the receptionist doesn't care if it's dirty (in our bathroom we had two cockroaches), she doesn't sleep there anyway. She also didn't want to call the manager, yes, just didn't feel like. 
It is a shame, the idea to offer small cottages nearby the lake is quite a good idea, but many also face the wrong way. Also we found the rooms small (guess around 10sm) but we were fine with this, especially our had a fridge. The rest is old. Something like a small TV from the 90s was also hanging on the wall ;-)  The bathroom is "unusual". The finishing is very bad, the shower curtain not long enough. You can sit outside, two chairs and a table would make it comfortable, it just needs a good wash or a towel, then you may want to sit there.
The car park, as usual in Romania, is just in front of the door. The way to the sea is ok would the lake between not be that dirty.

Go elsewhere, you wont regret it!

The location was good, near Neptun lake, in a forest. The rooms are located in small cottages scattered around the lake. Lovely food served at the hotel's restaurant -Rustic. 
Rooms should be renovated and cleaned, ancient TV's, air conditioning and fridge should be replaced. Only 2 drains in the room, one for the TV and one for the mini fridge. We used them to charge our phones as the fridge didn't cool anyways. The air conditioning did not function. No natural light in the rooms as there were shutters at the windows. Bathroom window was broken, there were spiders in the cabinets from the bathroom and the mirror was glued with duct tape :). The sheets were ragged and stained, the pillows and the sheets had hair strands. No soundproofing, we could hear the noise made by the tourists from the other cottages. No cleaning made in the rooms during our 2 days stay. 
All in all, very poor servicing for the prices charged.

good location, dirty rooms need renovation and thorough cleaning

The little houses are old, it seems that the last renovation was at the beginning of '90. Our room was full of all kind of insects, the sanitary objects were full of mold, and same the terrace furniture, and dust on the inside cabinets. The hotel is not near the seaside ( maybe close to 2 km, even more), and the beach mentioned in the description is very crowded (no space between chaise-lounges) and very noisy (loud music), clearly not recommended for families with kids. The green spaces between the little houses was weed-grown, you cannot let small kids to play in the “grass”, and there was no special place or playground. The hotel is rated with 3*, but this is totally false, it has barely 1*.
