Given the price the conditions were very good:
- convenient location (15mins walk to the city center),
- parking place easy to find, although at times it may get crowded, 
- very good and consistent breakfast (not buffet though)
- very nice host (we needed a hairdryer and they immediately provided us with one)
- clean room with enough toiletries for 2 days 

The bed was a bit hard for me but it’s a matter of preference. 

Overall nice place for the price charged. I would return.

Very relaxing stay we had to this pension. Close to the airport. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.  You can park your car in front of the pension without having any problems and the price was affordable.

Small family run pension close to the airport and by a lake in the woods. Very relaxing place with a lot of space in the garden. Possibility to have a traditional BBQ party. Good contacts with the owners.

Good breakfast.

Fair price and very nice hosts

Very relaxed stay

Nice pension close to the airport

We checked in around 18 , than we come back later , around 22 . The other guests were outside on  the terrace and when they came in aroud midnight they made a lot of noise ; also in the morning around 9 , they also were speaking very loud . 
The room was nice and clean , the stuff in friendly .
Also they don't have parking places ..

Unfortunately, i didn’t took a very good decision to stay here, based on the reviews that i saw.
We stayed 2 night. Here are the pros and cons from my side:
Cons:
-It was very noisy, you can hear everything that happens on the floor
-Is a bit far from center
-they didn’t changed the towels or took the trash out

Pros:

Not a very good place to stay

I'm sort of disappointed as we booked online and the pictures on that site were heavily photoshopped, the reality looked quite different.
1. The place needs a real attention as it lacks basic maintenance (some of the doors are not closing, some of the light bulbs are not working).
2. It's really hard to find the place due to one way traffic roads in that obscure area.
3. They lack parking places, there are only 2-3 places in the front of the house and they have issues with the neighbouring properties.
4. Their staff is not very friendly and caring, even if we had a booking and they knew there were still people to come in order to check them in, they wouldn't pay attention to the door bell, also the phone number advertised at the Reception was not valid, we had to wait almost 30 minutes in order to be checked in.
5. The last but not least was the fact that we booked for a price, they confirmed that price and the Reception guy charged us more, that was terrible. I wouldn't recommed that place to nobody.
