Stup Hostel

I think Stup was one of the best hostels I've ever been! It is clean, fresh, colorful, has a large back yard for entertainment and chill time, and all the services you need: free wifi, a laptop for common use, brochures and guides from Romania, comfortable beds, a very welcoming and enthusiastic host, lockers, a kitchen, a washing machine, and a cozy living room. You can also experience the very popular escape room (I didn't, since I was by myself, but it sounds very intriguing) in the hostel itself. If you are arriving from the train-bus station with a trolley or heavy luggage, expect a bit of a sweaty walk: the hostel is uphill, so it is better to use a taxi service (I paid 6 or 7 lei, very reasonable and fast as well). But the location of the hostel itself is excellent: very close to the university area, and equally distant from the park area (parcul Copou, Botanical Garden) and the city centre.
