Not the best hotel that you can stay in but definitely great location, great garden, not bad pool, the beach is across the street staff are nice the hotel is actually 2 hotels voila and caraiman the food at voila restaurant is awsome they serve great Mediterranean food worth trying and the atmosphere is nice

Good value for money. Not fancy, but it's one step from the beach.

Our terrace was headed to the restaurant's garden where there were concerts a few nights in a row until 11pm-12am. The ladies who took care of our room were not very careful, but the receptionists were very helpful. The bathroom needs some inprovements

+: the location was very good, we had privacy witch I appreciate, we had a pool; the girl from the reception was very nice, the breakfast was variate; the room looked clean, but a bit old-: the man wasn't nice(I had the impression that he was doing me a favor to give me my room); the breakfast, although pretty variate, wasn't great, actually it wasn't good at all; the balcony was full of insects among which 2 giant spiders (like small tarantulas)In conclusion: I've had a lot better, but I definitely had worse too. I might go there again if it's only for the weekend, because the price was good and I don't spend a lot of time in my room when I go to the seaside.

A Nice view From their restaurant where you can eat your lunch or diner, And stay for a Short vacation. It’s not So complicated...If you want luxury, then it’s not FOR you. If you go there with your car, in the middle of the season you will Find very hard a parking place.

When we pulled up outside this place we were sceptical as it didn't look too impressive. It wasnt like they advertised when we booked. However when we walked in the foyer we were more optimistic.  My girlfriend is Romanian and I left her to check us in.  We pre-booked a double room and the girl behind the desk said you have 2 single beds in the room as all double rooms were gone. We said we booked a double and she just dismissed us and said that's all they got.  When we got to the room the floor was dirty and heavily stained.  The curtains had mould on.  The table was dusty and the bathroom had stains in the sink, basin and shower.  We tried to push the beds together but they were too heavy.  Eventually we did and once in position one bed was under a light shade. 

When going out we spoke to the girl in the reception to ask for a taxi to the strip and she said she tried 3 times to call but all were too busy.  When we got outside the hotel.  A queue of taxis were 100 yards down the road.  

We got back to our room around 2am and music was blaring out until 5am keeping us awake all night.  

This was a disgraceful hotel with rude, unhelpful staff.  The rooms were dirty and bordering unhabitual. This spoilt our experience of Mamaia which itself is a nice place.  

I would advise anyone to look for another option when booking.  This is not a 3 star hotel at all.  They think putting a swimming pool in builds up the star rating but the rooms, the staff and the experience barely make this a 1 star.  

Nothing Good To Say. 

I stayed for one night in this hotel and i payed 100 euros;i get a dirty room(o the floor was full of spots of ugly smels,without hot water(after a day o stayng on beach,when u go to the hotel,u just want to have a shower,and relax for a little).the doors and windows have the same age like my grandparents and of course the noise form outside it was the same as outside.never go back there!!( P.S. : i payed 100 euros just for one night)

Stay away from this hotel, the services are terrible, employees treat you with indifference, a lot of misery. Patches are not comfortable, old mattresses and mattress without protection. refrigerator noisy. The towels, linen and supplies were not changed throughout the stay.

Stay away from this hotel, the services are terrible, the employees treat you with resentment. We had our reservation canceled because they had other plans for our rooms. The hotel is a disgrace to the hole resort.
Again, don t go there, it s terrible and also expensive for the services offered.

Horrible

I stay în this hotel ,was teribil, food was very bad, light was stoped many times ,cleaning was   bad,  bathroom was hororr, furniture was in bad conditions, I will never go there.
