For the money asking is amazing great location great breakfast great huge room and the landlord who is Japanese is the best.
A pleasure to meet him..Thank you very much foe everything we will be back .

the rooms are big and clean, the service is great, the staff are so friendly,
the mini bar is reasonably priced.
they check on me every day to see if I need my room cleaned or if I need towels or toilet paper.
the only down sides are the rooms don't have air conditioning (you'll need it only on some noons when tbere's no wind)
and the wooden floors make some noises when you walk around.

overall, great place, definitely recommended. 

I didn't realize that I booked such a big room but it was about 40 euros. The location was pretty good. 20 minute walk to the center. There is a Lidl near by. The staff spoke some English. The room was too big for me and my friend. There were 2 full beds and a pull out couch. The shower was awesome. There was also an equipped kitchenette. Good for a 3 day or more stay. Brasov was my favorite place in Romania out of the 3 cities I saw. Good value. Comfortable beds and secure location.

The rooms (at least mine) are very big and spacious. A room for 3 people has a bed for one person, one couch, one matrimonial bed.
The room has a wardrobe, a coffee table, a mini fridge, a electric kettle and a decent flat screen TV.
The personal is very kind and they help you anytime you ask them if you need something, but they are not insistent.
They include a dining room(they only serve breakfast) but because of the pandemic it is closed at the moment.
The only inconveniences are a few details such as the lightbulbs or the wall painting but overall it was a very good place with a kind personal and I really recomend it

I think this accomodation is very good for Romanian standards. It is located in a quiet street but close to bus stops which can take you quickly to the center, bus station or train station. It was a 20 minute walk to the station of the cable car from Casa Samurai. We were 2 friends and each of us got a comfortable double bed in our room (we booked a room). Bathroom was also ok but hair dryer not working well. Mini fridge was also not working. Wifi was a bit slow but you can manage it. We could watch  some random romanian reality shows on the tv. Breakfast was not included. Receptionist was kind and we could leave our luggage there after check out and then pick it up again.

The cooling fan was broken and the reception girl didn't tell us. She asked us to pay when we arrived. A shelf in the bathroom was rusty. The position of the structure is not very good if you need to reach the downtown. During the night you can hear dogs barking.
