The best word to describe "Popasul Haiducilor" is charming. The location of this cosy vila is easily accessible by foot or bus, the staff is very professional and kind, meals are delicious and generously supplied, and if you are lucky enough to get the room with the mountain view, sunrises are a bonus. Many memories were made during our visit in Sinaia and we are grateful for your hospitality.

The best word to describe Popasul Haiducilor is "charming".  A great location, easily accessible by foot or by bus, a very hospitable staff, professional and kind, healthy 
yet delicious food, and if you are lucky enough to get the room with the mountain view,  sunrises come as a bonus. We throughly enjoyed Sinaia's touristic attractions knowing that at the end of the day we will be well fed and resting in a comfortable room. Kindly thank you!

The food is great here, probably one of the best places to eat in Sinaia.
I really recommend Bulz and papanași for desert. One of the best papanași you'll probably eat in Romania.

The only thing that was disappointing is that you cannot pay with a credit card. 

Me and my wife just return from this locations, Pensiunea Haiducilor questhouse, from Sinaia. It`s look like we made a very smart choice, begause it is a very nice cozy and modern place. It is very well positioned in the are, for hiking lovers and for people who love peacefull places.
The rooms are very cozy, large and clean. The bathroom are big as well, cu shower and towell and hairdryer included. The furniture in kind of new, and wi-fi signal very good at any level. Also, inside the place and in the restaurant it is very clean and warm.
Now about the restaurant, I will strong recommnad to try it. The menu is quite rich, and the prices pretty amazing.. Just try it and you will agree with me.
As a tips, try the room number 1. Pretty cool view !

Close to our hotel and recommended by our Pension for local Romanian food. A light and airy dining area with a lovely view of the green mountains. 
There's lots of choice on the menu.. I must admit most things are pretty unfamiliar being British. There was one English version of the menu. 
We opted to try Mamaliga as a starter. Unfortunately all the mains and starter came at the same time so we had a mountain of food all at once. The portion sizes are quite large. The starter was particularly huge. It was nice enough but there was such a lot of it and lot of sour cream. We also had 2 grilled trout with sides of local potatoes, mash, grilled veg and sauted mushrooms. The local potatoes were good garlicky with smoked bacon. The grilled veg was also nice and charcoaled. The fish was nicely cooked. All this food and 4 sylvia dark beer, for 151 lei.. excluding tip (the trout was 11 lei per 100 grams)

Perfect location..!

Food with friends 

I went there to have lunch and I must say the waitress was very firendly, teh terrace was very nice but unfortunatelly the food was not so great. So if you want to stop by, just get some coffee or a drink.

After a long hike we stopped by this place for some food. After an hour of waiting (even though we were the only customers) we asked where our food was. We noticed the waitress and cooks chatting a lot and a few minutes later our food arrived cold and dry. I've honestly never had worse cooked chicken (I don't generally have high standards with food, especially when hungry). Nothing was fresh and nothing was seasoned.

To cut it short awful service but more importantly TERRIBLE food. 

This is a review of us eating and not staying here. So if you're staying the night you may have a nice night/breakfast but I really wouldn't count it.
