We entered the hotel using a gorgeous exterior staircase, which reminds you with each step that you are in the mountains. Then, you're amazed by the intricacies of the hallways—nothing complicated, just old-fashioned built; it left me with the feeling of an extraordinary resort near Sorento. 1. Personal The ladies that I interacted with were kind and accommodating. 2. Rooms Given that I caught a busy time, I didn't get the best room, but even the one I did enjoy had a grade 10 view—you could see the mountains and the city center all in one glance. The first thing I was pleased to notice was the quality of the doors and windows, as well as the wrought iron fencing around the balcony. Second, that everything was spotlessly clean. 3. Suggestions Unfortunately, you can see how time has begun to dig into the integrity of certain pieces of furniture and I think it would be a shame to leave these to chance. Without replacing the furniture with modern ones, which would take away from the nice atmosphere that the current ones offer, I feel that the furniture pieces need better maintenance. 4. Conclusions A gorgeous location, welcoming and very clean. I wholeheartedly recommend!
