Pension Casa Sara

Casa Sara is a wonderful place, very clean. It has 10 beautiful rooms, it is ideal for families and friends. The owner is very child friendly. Villa has it's own safe parking place and patio area with barbeque facilities, perfect for parties or anniversaries.

This is a masterpiece. New administrators are a couple, very educated persons and very helpfull. Restaurants are nearby. Ski sloap are only 5 min away with the car and 30 minutes by foot. Very clean villa, it a has courtyard very clean and nice view.

Couldn't let 2020 pass and not come to this little slice of paradise. The place has a good position away from the busy main road and a 2 minute walk to where the forest and mountain starts. You have also a path at the end of the road that takes you to the Screaming Waterfall  (around 30 minutes at normal pace) a beautiful walk, full of fresh air. It's also positioned very close to Sinaia, Romania's best mountain resort and the city of Busteni, places full of history, with some Castles to visit and museums.

Do not let the first reviews scare you, they are old and the new management is brilliant and very helpful, nice family. 

The location is great, very clean, new, with beautiful views of the mountains, close to different visiting points.

Certainly we'll be back.

I was at Casa Sara together with my colleagues for a team building. Everything was OK, the place was clean and the owner was kind. 
The house has a nice modern architecture, a nice leather couch were you can relax together with friends, rooms with Jacuzzi, parking place, barbecue and a nice inside garden.

Super nice new administrators

Great location, beautiful views, perfect hosts

A wonderful place, too bad that the new managers are treating the customers like hell. With the whole property booked in advance since one month ago for a birthday party and fully paid, one day before the event we found out that the managers have changed and they have new rules. Only 9 rooms instead of 10, half the money were lost and later found, rudeness behavior, and threatening to throw  us out with police at 12 a clock, even if the initial conditions that were agreed were check-out at 16:00. And all this announced at 5:00 when we were sleeping. Good thing that the authorities came and calmed down the situation.

Worst experience of my life

It was one of the worst experience I ever had. The Pension is great, but the behaviours of the  administrator was unspeakable. We were rent all the Pension, but one of the room was occupied by the administrators even if we paid for it. They changed the accommodation conditions during our stay. Even if we were agree that we can have the check-out at 16 o’clock, at 12 they said that they changed the accord we had and get us out. I don’t recommend these Pension.

It was one of the worst experience I ever had.

We've just left the pension after renting it out completely for 2 days for a birthday party. What we found were fiscal irregularities (we've never received the invoice), renting 10 rooms and receiving 9 without an explanation, lack of respect from the owner stating she's the new manager and she doesn't care what was agreed initially with the manager before her (late checkout, kitchen usage, allowed to smoke inside, etc). More than that, all those were agreed in writing and payment was done one month in advance. We notified the authorities, as seen in the picture, in order to get back copies of our ID's that were taken illegally by the above manager.
I'll never come back and I'll make sure I let everyone know about our experience.

Worst ever experience!

Poor management, poor customer relationship!
No heat in the room just after 22:00, and then was low heat!! the thermal comfort in the room was bad!
Too bad that the villa is nice but the comfort is bad!
