Perfect cleaning, spectacular receptionist I recommend until maybe one day back quietly that night

All five stars nothing point to very good breakfast I recommend a quiet place

We chose this Residential to spend four days of vacation at the end of the year and it was what we were hoping for, very nice, attentive people, the rooms with what we needed for our comfort. As we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, I asked to prepare a surprise for my husband with champagne and pink petals in the room and availability was total. The breakfast could be more complete, but I had what I needed to not get hungry. If I go back to Quiet, I'll stay here again.

A quiet holiday

First of all, I am referring to the assistance of the local employee Paula who, besides being a receptionist, handles everything in the local accommodation. She is a friendly, efficient, professional person who does everything to make the customers feel good, as well as providing tips for activities to be carried out in Trancoso. As I refer to in the title, it is not easy to expect luxuries and refinements in this local accommodation, but on the other hand, she has many positive attributes, namely the ease of parking on site or on the private ramp of the accommodation, hygiene in all the rooms used, the size of the room, the quality of the bed, the water pressure for bathrooms, double-glazed windows, double-glazed shelves, two individual shelves in the room, the quality and efficiency of the individual air conditioned room (a dining room), a typical kitchenette, a small kitchenette, a small kitchenette, a small kitchenette, a small kitchenette, a small kitchenette, a large kitchenette, a large kitchenette, a large kitchenette, a large kitchenette, a small kitchenette

No luxuries, but with everything that's essential.

This residence has a fantastic bedroom decoration. The cleanliness and hygiene of the premises is very good. The service is very welcoming and attentive. The location is in a quiet area of Trancoso. I recommend!

Very welcoming

Located in a house outside the walled area (a little over 5 minutes' walk from the town's main promenade). very good customer service throughout the entire season. very pleasant accommodation, reasonably comfortable beds. For 35 euros the room includes breakfast: what they offer is quite reasonable for the price (but no esperéis exquisiteces).

Good value for money

Second stay in this nice little hotel, where the rooms are very nice and with a very well-packed breakfast. The prices are very correct. The reception is also always very pleasant. Also good point, we can arrive at any time when we arrive. Only a small bemool, the mattresses are not the best. But we will surely return there.

Nice little hotel.

How much is enough is the word... no luxuries but the essentials for sleeping and taking a hot shower. Small lunch as much as enough is quite simple.

A very nice welcome to this very nice establishment. The rooms we had are very nice. They also have a nice little apartment that they offered us. Breakfast is cheap and quite well packed. The price-to-value ratio is really very interesting. The only downside to one of the rooms is the quality of the mattress. Mattress springs that are not really pleasant. Apart from that, if you're in this area, I highly recommend this hotel!

It's a very nice surprise.

We stayed one night only, a triple enough room, the situation outside the wall but a 3-minute walk to the gate of the King.The breakfast buffet was very suitable for a small place, had everything.The attention from the staff was very correct too.The only thing that the bathroom does not have heating.

The quality ratio is price inmejorable.

Just off the highway/main street leading into Trancoso, that hostel is very simple &amp; basic, however with its own charm. The Internet didn't work in the room at the end of the corridor (so if one wanted to stay connected, one would have to go out into the corridor or sit in the canteen). Breakfast was very basic (however edible &amp; totally fulfilled its function, where you could get a bite before starting your next day adventures). The hotel definitely offered a very good price/quality ratio (in May 2015 it was €35 per double room), but don't expect an "experience" here.
