Three words. Wow! Wow! Wow! We arrived on Valentines Day and could not have chosen a better place. Hearts everywhere! We stayed in a one bedroom stone cottage with a romantic fireplace and a stream flowing next to it. The whole ambience of this Quinta is amazing. There's also a very interesting olive oil museum just off the cozy lounge area. In the evenings we relaxed in the common lounge area, in front of the fireplace, listening to music. The owner, Carlos, is in our opinion the best host one could wish for. Attentive, friendly, informative and he cooks the most amazing traditional food, with ingredients mostly from his own garden. Breakfast was delicious, with home-made tea leaves, and supper even better, especially with the regional wines. This is definitely a place to wind down and relax. We stayed for three wonderful nights surrounded by beautiful nature. We will definitely be going back!! Thank you, Carlos!
