Exceptional service from front desk staff. One of the worse situations to get in while travelling abroad is to loose your passport. A common place to leave it behind is in the safe of your hotel. This is what happened after I left the Upon Lisbon Prime Residences earlier this week. Fortunately, I received a message from the front desk letting me know that I had left our passports in the room’s safe. We were on a train to Lagos and needed our passports for a flight to Porto a few days later. Once in Lagos, I contacted DHL and forwarded all the necessary paperwork to the hotel. The front staff took care of everything on their end and prevented a bitter turn to our vacation. Very grateful. Exceptional service. Thank you for all your help!
