239 reviewsAffordable hotel in a central location perfect for tourists. In a good area for walking & access to transit. Located on a smaller street so it wasn't too noisy at night. Cons: because it's an older building there is no elevator, and if you're a larger person you might find the bathrooms a bit tight. Pros: the staff. Front desk staff were EXREMELY friendly & helpful, offering lots of good suggestions, directions, transit info, etc. The maid was the most thorough woman in Portugal, even folding our phone cords up neatly. Immaculately clean. Service far above what you'd expect from a 3 star hotel.
