Top experience at this hotel. Fabulously friendly and professional check-in early evening on July 14th. All interactions with staff were lovely, making you feel like a valued guest - even though you are one of many. Although we never asked for anything, we got the impression that nothing would be too much trouble. Staff greeting, replenishing, and clearing away breakfast were fantastic. Breakfast was a great mix of continental, cooked, cereal, and toast. The fruit at breakfast changed daily which was lovely. The pairing and removal of pith from the orange segments demonstrates the quality and attention to detail the staff take. The hotel was spotless! Really. The staff across the board, their mentors and the managers should be congratulated. It's a tight ship without being stuffy.
