The Residencial Roxi is a private apartment with rooms modified to make it a hotel. Pros: it is located above the metro station and the bed is refurbished daily. Disadvantages: old structure, hardly excavated in the evening. Inside the rooms are small, ours had the shower, bidet, and washing machine.

A decadent and creepy experience.

As positive notes I highlight the price/quality ratio as well as the level of cleaning in the rooms. 24-hour reception and the availability of the owners. TV with multiple channels and in the room. Good Wifi signal. Less positive is the fact that the bathroom is shared and the amenities are somewhat outdated as well as the poor soundproofing.

Roxi residential.

We went in a season with good temperature and we were lucky with the rooms (on the third floor rooms seem to be better).We had a private bathroom, with everything necessary, the towels were changed every day.The room is pretty good, echoing the need for some other type of storage to put clothes on top or whatever.The beds are fine, the pillow is not so much.The cleaning is very good, they clean every day.The bad are their location (in a busy street), the stairs (small and old) and to get in and out you have to go through the reception yes or no.

The recommendation was made by Lo Recomendaría.

The hotel is very small, but for those who want to spend little it is a great solution, the only problem is the absence of an elevator, because the stairs are very steep, with the suitcases it is difficult to get to the hotel's reserved floor (third floor)

And I'm telling you right now! You walk out the door and if you stumble you'll find yourself on the subway tracks. Great cleanliness. The owner cleaned our room and changed our towels every day and I assure you it's not disregarded. The sympathetic and supportive husband only speaks his language but he doesn't need much to talk to us. Room price for 6 nights is 234 euros. The only tragedy was taking four floors on foot every night after walking so many miles around town.

It's a great location.

We stayed in this residence for 6 nights. We start with the cleanliness: exceptional! Every day clean towels and a room set up. What about the location? Very convenient, 10 steps from the stop. In the room there was a shower, sink and bidet as a result, only the toilet appears to be in common. The host is nice and accommodating. There are 2 things that could be improved, the possibility of having a kitchen at least to handle breakfast and an elevator. Of course, then the price would not be so cheap anymore but... in 2, 6 nights, we paid only about 200 euros! Recommended if you want a clean, comfortable, reserved and economical support point.

One stop not bad.

Great location in front of the subway exit, good location near the center even taking a walk, good cleaning of both the bathroom and the room, you can hear a little noise coming from the street but just put the lids.

Good experience.

The hotel is located right in front of the metro station, and in just two stops you reach the center. The structure is decadent, dark and uncomfortable, but the master of the reception is very kind and friendly. Our room was small and the bed narrow, but the pillows very comfortable. Inside the room were the shower, the sink and the bidet, the water was in the common bathroom (at the time of booking, the rooms with private bathroom were finished). What struck me most was the impeccable cleaning, both of the room and the common bathroom. Towels were changed every time.

Excellent location and impeccable cleanliness

The hotel is almost in the very centre of the city (in 2 metro stations from Rossio), near the tram stop, near many shops (including near Lidl) and cafes where you can have a delicious breakfast. The hotel is simple, with no expense, with everything that is necessary. The room had a bathroom, but a very small shower area and little space at the toilet, but it is all its own and in the room, which is rare for Lisbon at this price.

We stayed here one night. Because of the lower price and the great location, we booked it quickly, without thinking too much. The bathroom was without toilet, the beds were soft and the room was totally warm. When you open the windows it's very loud to sleep. At night you could hear the guests constantly ringing down the stairs. I could barely sleep. The only good thing is the location. I'm sure I'll never come back and advise my friends. Sorry people!
