The flat is located in a quiet location - just a few minutes walk to the major station Intendente and also relatively close to the city centre (about 20 mins walk). There is Lidl just about 400 metres away. The flat was clean and well maintained. Our room was basic, but we got all we needed for the money we paid. Also, it was being cleaned every day which we didn't really expect but it was a nice touch. You share a kitchen and the bathroom with 4 or 5 other rooms - luckily, apart from us, there was only one - room taken at the time we stayed there. The main disadvantage was the shower pressure which was very very low and cold water in the sinks in both, the bathroom and the toilet. It could be annoying. Also because of the thin walls in the whole building, you can hear everything what's happening in the other flats. The owner was okay, I guess. He speaks quite well English and pops in from time to time but doesn't bother you. Quick internet. ++
