my dad and I spent three nights in Lisbon. The place is perfectly located close to the intendente station and good restaurants. The tram 28 (eléctrico 28) stop is right next to the accomodation. The city center in 15 minutes away on foot and Martin Moniz Square is 5min away on foot as well. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spotless. Although the kitchen is tiny, it was clean as well with all the necessary equipment to heat up your food or make some tea. Overall, I highly recommend it.
