Great location, a minute from Rossio square and we were able to walk to nearly everywhere we wanted to go. But it's also very close to the Metro and is handy for the start of the no. 28 tram and also the tram to Belem - if you don't get on at the start point then you'll be struggling to get on at all. The decor is modern and stylish. The room was fine with comfy beds and pillows (slept like a log) but our bathroom wasn't quite en-suite - was just across the corridor - which caused concern initially but but it worked out ok. The breakfast was much better than I expected - cereals, fruit, yoghurt, breads and pastries, jams and honey, cheese and hams, nespresso machine and the gorgeous freshly squeezed orange juice. Oh, and scrambled eggs too. There's a lovely lounge area with free coffee and cakes available all day which is a bonus. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues though, as there are 40+ steps up to Reception and another 20 to the first floor of guest bedrooms ... but highly recommended for anyone else.
