When I arrived at this hotel early one Sunday morning, I had missed my train by one minute. I needed help finding an alternative way to the airport. Hotel REN's front desk representative Paulina graciously helped me in English, while simultaneously assisting Hotel REN guests in Polish (I think.) In my hour of need, Paulina went above and beyond by connecting me with ground transportation so I could make it to the airport on time. Although I wasn't a paying customer of the hotel, Paulina demonstrated resourcefulness, empathy, and exemplary customer service. She was compassionate, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our transaction. Thank you again, Paulina. I'll always appreciate your kindness!
