We stayed here on a weekend visit for Zary parkrun. It's a beautiful, old building. They are clearly doing a lot of work to modernise it without losing the original features. It's not chain so if that's the sort of place you like it's not for you. We loved it, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are very large and clean and have these great old period pieces of furniture. It's quiet even with a wedding on Saturday night and the beds are comfy. Breakfast was a nice selection of cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh bread, salad, hot bratwurst and scrambled eggs and some cereal plus tea, coffee and juice. There is no coffee/tea facilities in the room and you need to bring your own toiletries (shower gel etc). If you are looking for somewhere with a bit of character then it's worth a visit. We didn't try the spa or restaurant so can't comment on those. Easy to find, free car parking and near petrol station and local supermarkets. About 10 minutes drive into Zary city centre and parkrun. It has free, fast WiFi too.
