Easy access, good location, big size apartment with all the basics! Very clean! Bathroom size is very very good ! Shower room one of the biggest I've seen in this kind of accommodation! 
I recommend ! If I come back to Zakopane will def stay there !

To sum up:
Apartment is comfortable and centrally located but there were big toilet issues
Kitchen only with basic items
No curtains so bad sleep quality
Reception always closed (except for check-in to receive the payment in advance)

And this is the extended review with all details.

This structure is good located in Zakopane, one block from the main bus station and 10-15 minutes walking distance from Kuproski street. There is also a 24h open Tesco nearby. 

We stayed there during the week, when there are less tourists. We got apartment n. 7 on the ground floor, just next the reception. At the time of the reservation we had to pay 30% in advance. The price was in line with similar accommodations in Zakopane. Email communication was quick. We were informed that the reception is open until 21 so we came early for the check-in and in fact a lady was there waiting for us. With a mix of English and German we managed to pay the rest of the stay in advance (it was so requested) and get the apartment key. 

The apartment was new, small and comfortable. Towels were provided. Hot water and heating worked with no issues. There was no microwave and no oven in the kitchen, only induction cooking plates and a fridge. Two pans and two small casseroles as cooking items. There is wifi but very low.

The toiled did not flush properly, there was no enough water. We went back to the reception but the lady was already gone (and it was before 21). We called her on the phone explaining the situation and it seemed that she already knew the issue. We asked to change apartment and she told us that the structure was fully booked. We asked then for somebody to come and fix the issue and she told us she would have sent somebody on the next day. She did not and she did not call back. We called her another time on the next day because the reception was closed and she just suggested us to open and close the faucet/valve of the toilet many times. By doing so we were able to refill the toilet water container in 10 minutes time. She again told us that the structure was fully booked and it was not possible to change the apartment. 

We stayed in Zakopane for 4 nights and the reception remained closed. We saw people from other two apartments but the rest of the building seemed empty. We woke up very early in the morning because there were only day curtains and we received direct sunlight in the morning and lights from the car traffic in the evening. 

The day before the departure we asked per e-mail if we could leave our luggages in the apartment until the afternoon and we got the reply that it was not possible because there were new guests checking in. So we left them at the lockers situated at the bus station
