Meticulously clean. Small item like missing soap in one spot was resolved by me, since hard to reach privately owned apartments.

Everything was clean and comfortable. However, if you don't reserve parking in advance, you have to park on the street in the back, which is complicated, and you have to walk a long way with your luggage.

In simple words,Safe, minimalist, quiet and very affordable for a value

This will be my first choice for accomodations when I return to Wroclaw

Nice and modern apartments with AC and balcony. A few stains here and there but nothing major. Bed comfortability was OK.

Unfortunately, you can tell that the room is not cleaned throughouly often. Chairs are dirty, bathroom bin mouldy inside and didn't have a bag to dispose garbage. Multiple cigarette butts on the balcony between tiles and in the gravel.Convenient online check in but lacked information about the reception localisation or WiFi password, would be useful to include these in the message with the confirmation SMS.Bed was too soft for me but that's a personal feeling. Perhaps diffent pillows would be better as the ones provided looked more decorative than served its actual purpose.Apartament was overall really good looking and functional and in fantastic location. Despite few remarks I enjoyed the stay and it was definitely great price/quality.

Nice apartment. Probably not as nicely decorated as the photos on Expedia but still nice. The kitchen is well equipped even with tea and coffee which I didn’t expect. The area is really pretty and the apartment is very close to the town centre as well as the river bank which is really lovely.The walls of the apartment aren’t very thick and a rowdy group staying next door kept me up one of the nights. The bars/ restaurants downstairs can also generate some noise in their outdoor areas. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re working away from home and need an early night. I’m sure it’s fine if you’re planning to be out in the evenings as the apartment complex is quiet during the day.

Fab experiance at the OVO apartments, the apartment was 4 floors up over looking a busy road which was noisy so maybe not ideal for light sleepers but i always use ear plugs anyway. Clean and essentials were all available, suprised to see tea/coffee and sugar left for us. Iron and hairdryer supplied. Could not fault apartment and check in easy enough. Under the main building are various restaurents, a coffee shop, casino and plenty of taxi's stopping.  Over the road is a 4 storey shopping centre which has a supermarket and places like mcdonalds/kfc. The main square is a 10 minute walk. 20 mins from the airport. We were stung a bit paying 70 zloty when arriving and only 35 returning with a private taxi so becareful.

Great central location

What was great: Central location, close to the old town, shops, Panorama Racławicka, clean, big enough for 2, quiet (we had an apartment in the closed courtyard), comfy mattress, good communication with reception before and during our stay, amenities in the room: large wardrobe, iron, hair dryer, kitchen equipmeWhat wasn't so great: old, bulky, uncomfortable pillows, the smell in the building and apartment (strong perfumed air freshener), smoking seems to be permitted on balconies - you can smell cigarettes when balcony door open

It was OK in general. It was a bit too much with the back and forth procedures they have regarding parking - when using the credit card they first pre-authorize the deposit and then they ask you to reach out the credit card on top of it. The receptionist was OK, and understood our security concerns, so at the end we decided to use the cash alternative. Hopefully they'll come up with a smarter solution soon. The room was clean and in great condition. The bed wasn't as comfortable as expected also bedcover was a bit too small for a double bed.

It was OK in general

Apartments are within a business complex that houses many companies so finding check in was a little confusing. Apartments were modern, spacious , clean and full of everything you needed for your stay.  One of our apartments had additional mood lighting which was lovely when using the balcony.  Located centrally and close to shopping malls , Market Square which houses restaurants and pubs and the Tram for transportation. We visited Wrackow Zoo which was great value for money with entrance fee under £10. Overall a lovely set of apartments and we will definitely be back.

The apartment was very well prepared. It's clear to me that they are reading the feedback, as everything which people complained about in 2017 have been fixed:1) curtains installed for privacy2) shower gel provided (permanent installation) in the shower3) hair dryer provided and workingthis is now really like any other hotel room, except you have more space in exchange for giving up the daily room tidying up/cleaningI would certainly recommend staying here and I will stay here again if I ever return to Wroclaw

Perfect choice for comfort and budget combined

UNIT #409; PROS: quick check in, check in staff was polite and friendly, wonderful location, plenty of shopping and dining options in the area, good transportation connections (bus and trams), extremely comfortable bed with memory foam mattress, hardwood and tile floors throughout (no carpet), lovely bathroom with walk-in shower, stylish layout, wifi worked well.  CONS:  No full sized frig and frig did not have a freezer, no microwave, bedding did not resemble photo (cheap looking substitute but clean), the only cable TV station in English was the news, not very well cleaned (floors--ants), no service to room or towels changed during entire stay, curtains didn't fully cover windows, only soap provided in bathroom (no lotion), not very soundproof, ongoing construction of other apartments in the building, apartment was overlooking the courtyard which was a bit noisy at night, no information provided on breakfast or fitness center at check in.

Good Option With Some Room To Improve

This is a brand new apartment which is part of a Hilton Double Tree development but with some floors of privately owned apartments. It was spotlessly clean with a kitchenette and good shower in the bathroom. The bed was fine, pillows not so fine, and the curtains are very thin indeed which led to early morning wake ups. The location is ideal, very near the centre of town, the opera house and the amazing new concert hall. Shopping is very near too with the Passage Grunwaldski a few steps away. There are two good breakfast places in the development, one vegan, and the breakfast was excellent there. There were a few little problems. No toilet paper to start with and the WiFi wasn’t working. There were no dishwasher tabs, though having a dishwasher was great! There isn’t a freezer compartment in the fridge so ice was a little problem. But the apartment itself is fine, not too noisy despite being on the outside looking over the tram tracks, and the architecture of the whole place is amazing. We got a very good value deal for our stay, I must say. Only the photos are highly misleading, they beat rni resemblance to the actual apartment whatsoever!
