Went to this hotel at the end of April and I can't fault it. The staff are professional, friendly, well presented and helpful. We had a suite which was one of the biggest we've been in. Loads of storage space. Large bedroom and en-suite, even a second toilet. Dining table, coffee table, desk and corner suite. There is a mini bar (which you pay for). Complimentary small bottle of wine coffee, tea and water. The room was clean and cleaned every day to a high standard. There is a restaurant which does basic food which is OK. There is also a pool and spa but we never got to use it as there is so much to see. Obviously they don't do an English breakfast. But we didn't struggle to find anything to eat at breakfast and it was all fresh and we'll presented. The coffee is excellent. There is a lounge which has a nice friendly atmosphere about it. The hotel is close to the river, which it overlooks and does overlook a bridge which is about 150 metres away, but there is a lot of bridges in Krakow so it is no big issue. You can, at times, hear a tram go over the bridge but it is no big deal. The hotel isn't close to the centre but we found this a bonus. The main square and surrounding area gets very busy and noisy especially with all the trams. To get to the main square and surrounding area is about a 25 minute walk along the river which is a lovely and there's always taxis. The hotel is, however, close to the newest shopping mall in Krakow (and biggest I think). My tip - take a guide book. It will save you a lot of time. Krakow is a fantastic city which we will go back to. We were lucky to find this excellent hotel in our first trip which we will use again.
