Bursztynowe Buki

We were looking for a comfortable apartment somewhere in the Kłodzko county to make day trips to the mountains and tourist attractions in this area. The apartment is modern, sufficiently equipped, very clean. Very well working WiFi, basic TV programs, radio/CD are available and a kitchen area has new basic equipment. Unguarded parking in front of the house was sufficient. We had a room with a view of hills and forest and enjoyed very much birds singing outside in woods from the early morning. The apartment is a bit outside of the city of Lądek however it is in a walking distance from the resort and spa, 500 meters from the Spa Park. Grocery stores are not far away however for a better choice I suggest to drive to the other part of the town or to Stronie Sląskie. Owners were very helpful and tried to do their best whenever we needed anything. They were nice, friendly and really showed customer-centric attitude. Lądek was a good point to make both hiking trips to the mountains and car tours to Kłodzko, neighboring spas, Śnieżnik, Kletno with its Bear Cave (Jaskinia Niedźwiedzia), Złoty Stok etc. The glory of the old spa has faded a bit, I felt like the city has never recovered after the catastrophic flood in late 90-ties (it affected other part of the town, no worries) and is struggling to find ideas for making business and attracting tourists. But I like it as it is and if I come back I will stay in Złote Buki.
