As I participate in a TC in Krakow we were placed in the Olimp Hostel. I think that the location is pretty good. (not too far from the Historical Center, just need to take a bus/ tram) The common kitchen is great, and you can cook yourself if you wish. We had breakfast every morning, and there were lots of options - starting with veggies, fruits, going to salads, meat, chocolate. It's all you can eat - pay separately. It was pretty chilly in there in September, so don't know if it is very warm in Winter time.
