Super friendly staff and really helpful. The hotel was fresh and clean and the room had such a amazing view over the mountains (could not get enough of the view). 
You can buy tickets to termy bukovina and they drive you back and forth for free, recommend to go and have a relaxing time. 
Breakfast was in the room (due to COVID), it was a really good breakfast! 
Totally recommend this hotel! 

Believe me when I say that I rarely give any hotel a 5star review. But given how much I paid for a room i couldn't believe how good this hotel is. From the views, the food, the friendliness of the staff and the clean and modern room/s. 
The breakfast was on another level! Be like me and order most of the menu, you'll be grateful and blooming full. 
Great place and if i ever went to Poland again I'd definitely stay again.

We went for a short visit there with my friend, just 3 nights. Hotel is situated in a great place.

Room was neither too small or to big for two of us. We had a glass of wine on our private room balcony while enjoying breathtaking view!
Continental breakfast was a true feast, supervised by chef again!

Only one confusion  is at that the website hotel: SPA but I am sure it’s located in different building, I wasn’t sure if it is included to your stay, that was the only one confusing information for me.

Beautifully designed and remodeled hotel hidden in communistic style building. Breathtaking mountains views. Delicious local food. Perfect place to stay for couples (guests 15+ only). Outstanding services, from cleaning, front desk, food, bar, car service etc. Highly recommended. Surely we’ll stay there again.

My fiance and I stayed here for three nights. To say we loved it is an understatement.We were greeted with warm smiles by the receptionist.
The rooms are so modern very comfy beds and all the little extras were a lovely touch.
Breakfast was included in our stay and it was truly amazing.
We had a few drinks at the lobby bar,drinks were a little overpriced for Poland same as in Ireland.
The views of the mountain were visible from out room and they were breathtaking.
All in all for a three star hotel is was better than any of the hotels in  Ireland.

We came to this hotel on several occasions for long weekends and each time we enjoyed our stay a lot!
The view is fantastic and the rooms design is very modern. The bathroom is visible through a glass wall: you can also use the curtains and ensure the privacy when needed. The beds are super soft and comfy!
The staff is friendly.
Wi fi connection is very good.
The restaurant Widok has a very nice menu : no surprise it is Gault Millau recommended. The presentation is awesome: great job done by the chef and his staff. To be honest, we returned to this hotel to mainly have the amazing dinner. 
The breakfast has a big option and very tasty. They make eggs upon request and to your liking.
Small things to improve : the shower is modern and nice but there are no hooks or hangers to place your wet towels. There are also no shelves to place your pretty shampoo and shower gel bottles on while taking a shower: not very practical...
We were surprised that on both occasions the hotel seemed to be empty, we were the only ones having dinner in the evening. This place is a great place to have a relaxing long weekend and amazing food! 
We will definitely return ones again!

Beautiful hotel with spectacular view at Tatra Mountains. This is excellent example of renovating top hotel in 1970s with modern furniture and not changing concept of the hotel. Enormous restaurant WIDOK with very tasty food. But most important is very helpful staff with manager Mr. Michal who satisfies all customers needs. Glad to stay here for 2nd time and surely not last

Relaxing atmosphere and great food 

Perfect hotel with enormous friendly staff

The hotel looks dated from the outside but has been recently renovated. The room has a balcony with a view of the mountains. The room was clean, decent size however there are only 2 English tv channels. Modern bathroom, illuminated mirror which isn't affective as the light is not bright enough. Very good shower. There is a kettle but no coffee. The air-con is loud. The parking is included in the price. There is n o way to lock the room from the inside. Location of the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There is absoluty nothing around apart from over priced restaurants. The conclusion is simple you dont need to come to Bukowina Tatrzańska.

dated exterior but nice inside

We had great expectations when we came to Harnas. Most was good, except for the noise from the nearby road which was really disturbing when the balcony window was open and also could not sit outside peacefully. In addition the air conditioning at the whole hotel (incl. rooms) did not work - therefore we had to leave the window open due to the warm weather and we slept badly as a result of the noise.

On the pros, 1. The hotel was newly renovated and the room was comfortable, 2. It was clean, 3. Excellent service (thank you Harnas staff !), 4. The views of the surrounding mountains are nice, 5. Timely and easy transport to Bukovina hotel for spa and thermal baths, 6. Good restaurant, 7. Satisfactory breakfast.

Good hotel but noisy from the nearby road and air conditioning did not work

The hotel is 3* and deserves it. It's clean and the food is delicious. Unfortunately, the prices in the hotel restaurant are very exaggerated. Apart from the view of the mountains and the restaurant, there is absolutely nothing in the hotel. The service was rather average.
