Islandia Beach Resort

Was picked up in the Lazi ferry terminal. By Islandia Beach resort van.  They even stopped at a local teller machine so I could bet more Philippine Pesos. I rented a total of 5 very comfortable, air-conditioned cabins. for family reunion. Seven days total. The price was more than reasonable. Beachfront was really nice.  Some big waves you could surf if you are like-minded.  Very relaxing just to sit and read, look, and listen to the waves. Only wish they had a pool.  The food served in the restaurant was very good, moderate pricing. All in all would love to go back


Nice place on a nice beach with nice staff and nice food. More bang for your buck than anywhere else in Siquijor. Room was spacious and comfortable. Owner is a very nice guy. If you just want to chill on a nice sandy beach covered in palm trees without spending a fortune, this is definitely your place. 

We only booked for a night and ended up staying for 4 nights. Love the beach huts although its smaller space than the garden room. Both accommodations are fantastic, simple decor, clean and most of all has the best bed! The bed here is even better than the 5 star resorts. Breakfast is good but maybe more variety of Filipino dishes. We came here when its just coming to the good season so its low tide from 4pm. High tide is not high at all :D just up to the knees, not sandy lagoon so wear beach shoes. But, we have scouted for the best beach for that period, even went to Paliton and Saladgoong, Islandia has the best location and its quiet. Highly recommended. Beach huts has better wifi, not accessible from the room but at the grounds and outside is good. Garden room, cannot reach wifi at all so you have to stay at the restaurant/ lounge which is not bad place to hang out. 

We had a really lovely stay at this resort. The rooms were lovely with lots of space and a comfy bed plus the food was always great.

Hidden away outside of town, this accomodation has wifi, hot water, and air conditioning (apparently this trio is hard to find on the island). Bike hire for 250 a day, private beach with great sunsets. 
If you want to be near town this isn't for you, its an escape. Really great if you are ok riding a bike everywhere, perfect way to see the island. 
Chef makes a good Pork Adobo.

This resort is a well worth place to stay. We had 6 nights here and it’s a great place to get away from things and chill out. The beach front accommodation is great, as you get the beach and palm trees all right outside. The beach is public area, but it’s never that busy with lots of hammocks to chill out on and watch he beautiful sunsets that the location allows. These have to be seen to be believed. 

Accommodation is clean and tidy, minimalistic and rustic, but that’s what we liked about the place. The prices for the accommodation is great too.

Quiet, great beach spot especially when its Low Tide

Beautiful resort with such friendly staff

American breakfast is eggs and bacon or sausage or ham plus tea or coffee, set price. There is no bacon available and no tea. I changed to omelet toast and tea.I fetch my own teabag from the room and get charged for HOT WATER plus if you don't want dry half toasted bread, butter and jam are an overpriced extra. Otherwise, staff were very nice easy to rent a bike try to get a beach unit if possible.

It's the little things

Stayed here 2 nights. Secluded place and it has clean private beach front. The right of way was a struggle especially at night. The staffs were awesome and food were delicious.However, the ambiance was a bit dull when were there. If they add Bermuda and flowers all over i think it would be awesome. Felt like we joined retreat when we were there. Haha but the girlfriend likes it though. Overall, I would return only for the staffs and the food because they were very nice and delicious but the place needs to improve.
