Always my favorito place to stay in Manila. The best combo of price, value and quality. The staff are excelent and provide superb customer service.

It was a very pleasant experience with a very friendly staff.

Only thing that sucked was the wifi, other then that the place was great for the price, really clean well kept. Would stay again.

For the price , you will be hard pressed to find a better place where the staff are excellent and the environment so rounding the facilities are safe. It was a blessing staying there.

For what the price is , you are not going to get a better option in MAkati.

Very convenient location at street level in Poblacion - clean room with good amenities. Consistent Wi-Fi! Staff was very friendly and accommodating to requests

Will surely come back here! Awesome location. Near to Poblacion's resto and bars. Place is tiny but it's still comfy.

Friendly staff.  Nice balcony - common area.  Easy access to shopping malls.

We just stayed here for one night, but it was a great place to explore the surrounding area of Manila - a lot of restaurants and places are reachable by foot, and it is also not too far from the airport.The hotel and room were clean and had everything you needed. The rooftop terrace was also lovely in the evening!The only things worth noting is that there was no hot water in the shower (as in many places in the Philippines), and no elevator.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Manila. Service was all right, check-in was delayed a bit but they kindly stored our luggage upon check-out. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. If you are a light sleeper I don’t recommend this hotel since you can hear every sound on the street during the night time. Overall however, I would recommend this hotel as a budget option when stayingIn Manila!

Clean, convenient, central

We needed a place in Poblacion that was budget-friendly and was in walking distance of the nightlife district, and this was a great choice! We were able to have a quick and hassle-free reservation through an online booking app. The front desk and staff were very accommodating. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at the earliest check-in time, but they compensated with complimentary drinks. I loved the interior of the hotel and our room was very clean. I recommend the Studio room for couples. I also liked the roof deck, it's a nice place to chill and bring in your own food and drinks to end the night. We also felt very safe during our stay since it's near the police station.The complimentary breakfast's servings were very small, but I personally didn't mind since I don't like big meals in the morning. Food and drinks at the deli are a bit pricey, but there are several restaurants nearby anyways.Definitely coming back again :)
