It is always it's the unexpected! - Last month we went to Iloilo for 2 days, April 21 / 22/ Upon checking the internet I came upon "Karen House" in Oton, near Iloilo - the rating for this place was rated extremely high (9.6) - this raised my interest, and I booked for 2 nights. - 1 thousand peso per room/night Karen House is located in Oton, in a subdivision called "Mary Immaculate Village" - it's easy to find. The owner (Karen) was there - The house is a 2 bedroom villa, complete with aircon, hot water, kitchen, cable tv and free Wifi. Karen gives you a feeling that you have been friends already for a long, long time. Also the house gives you immediately the feeling that you are coming home. Breakfast was included, and was fabulous!! - thank you Mam Karen! Parking is free, in front of the house, and the subdivision is quite. All in all, it was a great experience, we are planning to back there next month, for a business visit to Iloilo - this place is much better than the sterile hotels - I loved it - the only negative thing was that we could not stay longer!!
