Our stay was great! The reservation officer and receptionist gave us a good welcoming.Hotels.com was charging us so much more for rebooking but when I called and emailed the hotel, they gladly waived the fees being a local resident and Christmas spirit. They were kind enough to free us of extra charges amounting to P1,699.00 for rebooking. Thanks to Ms. MARY of Reservation Dept. of North Pointe Residences who made sure we are updated with infos and confirmations of our stayThe hotel is nice and clean and perfectly located near a Shopping Mall
