we enjoyed our stay, all of the staff including the security person at the parking lot were very friendly and helpful to the guests; breakfast food was awesome

It feels like home and the staff are very excellent and courteous in their service. I love the unlimited coffe and live piano music in the morning and in the afternoon...The rooms are clean and the breakfast food was delicious.

We will definitely go back. The hotel is near shopping malls and some affordable restaurants. Staff is very courteous and polite. The place is very cozy and really good for relaxation. They also have mini swimming pool and ofcourse their ambassador room have a nice view of taal lake.

Enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Friendly and accomodating staff. Area is near a mall. No Wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby area.

They have a amazing and cool hotel to stay on. I like the pool although its small but not bad. The room smells good and clean

Staff are very friendly, they even cleaned my car every day which is way beyond customer service.

i love the villa where we stayed. the crew were just awesome and the breakfast place and foods were very good. just one thing with the CR, theshower area gets full whenever i take a bath maybe due to alot of used soap in the hole where water should go.

Close to Fora and Serin malls, ra few steps from rotunda. Love the quiet and homey vibe. Hotel staff were very pleasant and courteus.

It was amazing. Friendly and accomodatinf staff.

My gf and i, went there for a 8 day stay, the hotel itself could use a few updates. but everything you need is there.Its a 3 star hotel, but the staff makes it sooo much more, they are always friendly,smiling and very helpful, if i go back to tagaytay i vill surely book here again.big thanks too all the staff for making it so enjoyable

Friendliest staff ever

We arrived a bit late at around 7pm so it didn't take us 3 minutes to be checked in. The room was spacious and the aircon is already running when we arrived so the room is nice and cold. What they can improve:1. When we arrived, all the drawers are half opened.2. Phone to call the reception3. Hot Shower4. The bathroom has a smell. Not sure where it's coming from.5. Provide waste basket in the room, not just the bathroom.6. Wifi - not a major issue though for meThese are the only things that I think the hotel can improve on. Breakfast was good, staff were great (special thanks to Manuel, the security guard at night, for going above and beyond the scope of his work. He gives the guest's car a good wipe in the morning.) This hotel is well situated near rotonda as well. They don't have a restaurant but the fora mall is just 3 minutes walk away if you need something.

We arrive a bit earlier from the check-in time which is 2pm but the receptionist accommodate us immediately. We just wait for 10mins for them to check the room. The hotel was located near Rotonda and near the new mall Fora.

Our room is located below and at the back of all the rooms. Was nice because it was quiet and the room is in front of a mini pool but the pool or pond was very dirty. Though we did not mind because the weather that time was rainy and windy. They also spray a fabric conditioner if I'm not mistaken to freshen up the room, that I don;t like because I was allergic to fabric conditioner. The room that we booked was a bit small. The TV set was old, a box type I guess. They also provide 2 bottled water. The room does not have any hanger for your clothes to hang or any rack for the clothes. The sheets are ok but there are stains inside the duvet. They also provide towels but the other towel is a bit thin and not as white as the other towel. There's no Wifi in the room, just at the lobby if you want to use their internet and ask the receptionist for the password,

At the bathroom, it was small. The water goes out of the shower area to the toilet floor, so the lavatory area and toilet area are always wet. Also, there is a bad smell from the sink or in the toilet. The water from the sink also has a bad smell and the lavatory as a crack tiles. 

For breakfast, it was an ala cart, and the only available that time was a sweet sausage or longganisa. They will serve you 3 slices of the sausage with rice, the egg is not yet included, so you have to order it if you want. It also comes with fruit salad but does not takes good. They provide coffee only, no other choices. They also have cereals on the side if you want to. The breakfast area is just beside the reception. 

Good thing, they provide sleepers for the cold floor.

The whole place is nice and homey but a bit musty. Just right for a short stay.

Comfortable and windy Tagaytay

Friendly staff -- especially the guard on duty (I forgot his name),beautiful lobby, nice view of the lake from the dining area and our room, very convenient location.
I particularly abused the 24/7 coffee and cereals :D
Cozy stay in their Classic room. All in all, we got a good deal from what we spent.

Nothing too fancy but we got our money's worth

Me and my wife went to Tagaytay for a relaxing trip. The staff is very cooperative and we stayed there for one night. There are few pros:1. The view from the restaurant is really good. We loved it all the more at the time of the sunrise.2. The staff prepared an early breakfast for us at 5:30am, as we planned for a early morning hiking trip to Taal Volcano3. The washroom was clean and bigger than expectedThere are only two cons:1. the Ambassador room has limited privacy as the rooms are located next to the restaurant2. The bed linen is not so clean and something the hotel management should consider to improve.Overall, for the price we paid this will definitely go into the list of recommended hotels. Happy Staying! Relaxing and comfortable trip

The interior of the hotel is really great, it's clean and well decorated. Although it's small but that is not an issue. The room we stayed in is clean and comfortable, had a view of Taal lake but there are houses within your view. It is windy and i love it! I love the feel of the lobby. They even have a pianist (very nice music!) during breakfast. The staff are really pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a place to stay overnight in Tagaytay :-)

Our stay was just ok. Had to ask for towels. Didnt have a shower mat. The view was nice.

There is fishy smell in the bathroom, need more cleaning and cleansing of the toilets septage.
