Good Homestay, but the best part was the tour they arranged. We did a 3 day hike through Banaue-Pula-Campulo-Batad with Armel, our tour guide. The tour was MAGNIFICENT but quite tough. We loved walking the rice terraces, but there were A LOT of stairs. Beautiful scenery though, well worth it! The only note: day 1 contained a dangerous bit where we had to climb over a landslide. It was very slippery and one small mis step could lead to a fatal fall. It might be worth adding some extra support to this exact spot… Armel took excellent care of our safety and well-being. He guided us through these and other challenging moments and we felt very safe. He also offered a fantastic tour experience. He explained a lot about the rice fields we came across. We fully recommend booking a night and a tour through this Homestay, and ask for Armel!!! Best, Jo and Sandra
