Very convenient place right across the street from the bus terminals (Solid North & Victory Liner) and right around the corner from SM Dagupan. Highly recommend and will stay there again. At check-in you must declare what time you want your breakfast served which is a little off putting, but not a big deal. 

nice management. excellent rooms cozy. old school ambiance. lots of well placed good looking touches here and there. overall matching elegance. very convinient. and food is as good as the roomsvery corteous and helpful staff.  steak and porkand pepper. pasta  and a.lot more highly recommended. drinks are all.goood .zignature ice tea is a must try. so is their pepper drink. my rating  5 thumbs up;)

elegant and comfortable

Very affordable and right at the junction of the Five Star bus terminal. Most importantly, the only true pet-friendly hotel in Dagupan!

Pros:
1. Price point - range is $20-$50
2. Good location - in front of Five Star, 7-11 downstairs, Mercury Drug is across the street, SM is a 5-minute walk
3. Amazing staff - They were friendly and welcoming. They insisted on carrying our bags. Check in and check out was a breeze
4. No pet fee - had 2 dogs and no extra charge
5. Surprisingly clean for an old room. Had no problem walking barefoot on the old and dingy tiles

Cons:
1. Rooms could really use some fixing and refreshing. It was unimpressive at first but had to remind myself the good deal I was getting. They have an LCD TV, AC was working fine, and had a hot cold shower. As a pet owner and having to pay no pet fee, can’t complain as the room was sufficiently clean and served my need.
2. Road noise. It wasn’t terrible but more like filtered sound. You can still hear it but can be an issue for a light sleeper
3. Limited parking space. Only 2 slots available in front of the 7/11

Best Pet Friendly Hotel at the Heart of Dagupan!

Ragtime Suites is an average hotel located at the bus stations in Dagupan. This is ideal for travelers who will need places to stay while waiting for their bus' departure time. Given the location, noises from the buses like honking are inevitable and may affect sleep quality. The rooms are small but enough space to move. The beds are somewhat comfortable and the toilets and aircon are working. They have an in-house restaurant that serves good food but there are a lot of food shops nearby and a convenience store at the ground floor.. The staff are nice and helpful. The rooms are located at the 2nd and 3rd floors, though, which may be an issue for elderlies and if you have large suitcases. Parking is limited as well and a bit unsecured because of the location. 

Stay In Between Trips

pros: located in front of bus terminals, advisable for those that travel by bus and with lots of luggage. Most staff are accommodating and helpful. Good aircondition. Beds are comfortable with white, clean bedsheets. Provided with clean, white towels.
Cons: Stairs to climb not advisable for old people. Food in the menu is not available 99% of the time. Lots of noise from the street below. Not once did I manage to connect to their WiFi. Complained about it and was told that they would look into it but nothing happened. 5 days w/out internet!!!

Great location for travellers with lots of luggages

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Dagupan, close to pretty much anything one may need or want to be. Despite being on very busy street with a lot of traffic and noise, the room was surprisingly quiet. The staff were courteous and helpful with every request we had.

Good value

Value for your money. Good location. Right in front of bus terminals. Staff were very sweet and efficient. Noise was manageable considering its proximity to the most busiest intersection of the city.   Room was clean, cool and comfy! We would definitely come back to stay. 

Mr and Mrs

Photos of the property are WAY TOO FILTERED! The corridor leading to the rooms are filthy and it smells of cat poop. I stayed in a really small room and I saw a lot of spider webs hanging at the back of the TV set. I likened it to a prison cell.
