Very nice and cozy place. Visit their facebook page. They offer an air conditioned room with cr for 4 persons for only a thousand. And it's only a ride away from the Araneta Bus Center in Cubao. A walk away form Waltermart. There's also a mini kitchen and a small dining place. The people managing the place are very accommodating so it's very worth it. It has this Spanish-Medieval theme so it's refreshing.  ❤️ 

My stay is really good, very accessible to all. I had a very good quiet and comfortable night. 

I like the location, it's near the place that I've visited.  The wifi signal is also strong and the room is clean.

Villa Luis Transient Home Manila, Philippines

We just needed an overnight stay, so it's a reasonable price.

My stay here is a mixture of good and bad experience.
Let me just share it:
Good:
- The place is in great location. Near waltermart Munoz / LRT etc.
- The room is super budget, with own Toilet and Bath inside.
- Wifi is good
- Equipped with cable TV

Bad:
- I came from my whole day errand and have to wait outside for like two hours because the main entrance is locked. Have tried to ring the door bell for more or less 100 times already but no one opened it for me until the owner of the transient house answered a call from the telephone. That's when she knew I was there waiting outside.
- The bathroom door is broken and cannot be closed
- The airconditioner is not that cold even adjusted.
- The stair area is not lit especially on night.
- You need to inform the owner / the guardian if you're going out late at night or arriving late so that they can leave the door unlocked.

I rated my experience here 3 stars, to be fair. If you're not picky enough and only needs a room to pass a night, this can be on your list.
