One Vittoria Hotel definitely gave us one of our most memorable hotel experiences as a family. We stayed at One Vittoria for around 5-7 days in 2015, when it was still a bit new. The hotel was very clean and elegant. The ambiance was of high class hotel in my opinion. The rooms were beautiful and it felt really cozy, just what you want to see after a long car trip from Manila to Vigan. The restaurant served great food, they have one of the best steaks I have tasted at a really affordable price. We were there for my mom's birthday, and they gave us complimentary desserts to enjoy. The hotel owner also entertained us as she conversed with us over our meal, and asked how our food and stay was so far. She was very accommodating as well as all the hotel personnel. We had to transfer hotels since it was part of our itinerary, but returned soon after as that other hotel was very disappointing. Upon our return, we were given a room upgrade. Throughout our whole stay in the hotel, we were given superb service. The hotel amenities were also commendable. If I were to go back to Vigan, I would definitely book a stay here again and again. I highly recommend this hotel.
